About the Founder
Celia Hassan
Celia entered the coaching world in 2014 with the goal of discovering how to live the healthiest, happiest life possible. Now a master trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutritionist with over 50,000 sessions under her belt, Celia has helped people of all ages and abilities lose fat, build strength, and gain confidence.
Celia was involved in an accident that left her paralyzed, and in 2023 she underwent multiple emergency spine surgeries culminating in a spinal fusion. The experience of relearning how to walk and regaining her independence has greatly impacted her approach to coaching. She hopes to connect with and inspire others who are rehabilitating their own injuries, especially low back injuries.
Celia’s coaching style is holistic and encompasses body, mind, and spirit. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain strength, or move pain-free, her results-driven approach will help you form healthy habits that stick, while measuring and managing what matters most to deliver the results you’re after as safely and as efficiently as possible.

Lifestyle Coaching is coaching for LIFE- curated by master trainer & nutritionist, Celia Hassan, your custom Phoenix Rising program integrates quality fitness & nutrition coaching while also highlighting other components of your health & wellness including mindset, regeneration, and connection. These things not only contribute to your fitness goals, but promote your overall health and happiness.
